Wrong! It only does the opposite. We need an Internet Bill of Rights where companies that are open to the public are unable to discriminate against anyone or group.

I don't think that is how the net neutrality regulations work. The internet was more open and accessable before them. Net neutrality regulations are basically cronyism for the benefit of edge user companies and would ultimately drive up price + reduce quality for end users.
