1st main problem is that marijuana should not be listed “schedule 1” alongside coke, heroin, opiates. if pot is considered so dangerously schedule 1, then alcohol should also be listed as a schedule 1. more highly addictive.

Who smokes pot anymore? Maybe a few Grateful Dead fans from the 1960s. Everybody is doing yoga these days to relax. Why don't they just legalize it already and stop arresting those stoners for the crime of being 'mellow.' We're wasting justice, prison, and police resources.
