Thanks @Tim_Canova - there is much more to be done. This bill was crafted in a very narrow and specific way to urgently hack-proof our 2018 elections & deal with the vulnerabilities that exist in 35 states that don't have any form of voter-verified paper record of votes cast.

Some states already back up computer based voting w/printed cards which the voter verifies before dropping it into a bin before leaving. It’s a smart move but if you want to tackle voter fraud, IDs need to be required as well. Also auto-removing names from rolls after ballot cast
