We must reform America's broken criminal justice system by working to reduce mandatory minimums for certain non-violent offenders, recidivism rates, crime rates, and the social and economic cost of an over-criminalized society. We need to end federal marijuana prohibition.

We also need mandatory rehab, not jail, for repeat offenders of REAL drug problems (which does not and should not include marijuana.) Drunk driving, under the influence domestic violence, meth, heroin... Ca once had a prop on ballot 4 this but voters misled (big $) and declined.

Rehab , not incarceration. It might be involuntary. Necessary to save lives, loved ones out of control. Not cops, courts, jails. Scams

What is your position on sex workers and sex work? Particularly across a spectrum that begins at dating relations and reproductive parenting and extends out to reproductive and sexual healthcare and beyond to legal pornography and illegal private-sex-for-pay?

21% of the worlds prisoners are in the USA. Legalize all drugs. Dispense through community doctor's. Treat addiction and prosecute financial crimes against humanity that cause MOST addiction.

I agree to some of this...but right now thieves and burglars are not doing any prison time that will deter them many of these drug programs are not working to stop drug use or recitivism
