The best way we can honor our troops is make sure they have the training & equipment needed to be a ready force, & care for them when they lay down the uniform by improving VA care & services, and empowering them w/ training & employment opportunities to set them up for success

Yes, and stop invading other countries because our corporations want their natural resources. Close oversea bases and use that money for Veteran support. No Veteran should go homeless, without a job, or the necessities of life.

Active duty healthcare for soldiers is lacking something as well. I've seen many friends go through too much to get treatment and care.

America only supports troops during war, we have mistreated veterans since the Revolution when soldiers went unpaid and were quickly forgotten about as soon as there was a treaty with Britain and independence had been won.
