You can begin minimally, but without support from agencies willing to go up against big energy, it is difficult to move in that direction. Especially with the administration in place currently, which is moving us backward

I think you know what I mean though. We all can try the best we can and every bit helps, but there are serious walls put up to block this progress and MANY of the ones that have been knocked down were rebuilt in one yr by this administration.
