I disagree. Government needs to get out of the health industry and insurance companies out of politics.

I really want to hear you out. Why do you feel comfortable with healthcare being a for-profit industry?

Canadian families pay $4,300/yr (USD) for health care for family of 4, total, even if they get sick (10% of family income). US families pay $10,000/yr for health insurance if they DON'T use it (18% of family income) and $18,000/yr if they do get sick (30% of family income).

The big difference is that Canadians are paying the costs of their health care, while Americans are paying the costs of health care PLUS insurance company profits.

No body is arguing for communism , but some sectors like healthcare cannot be for profit . Because in order to profit off of health insurance , you have to keep the healthy and kick the sick people out. It's null on principle

Tulsi please don't let this become the debacle Obamacare/ACA became. Also can you also look into the reasons Healthcare in America is so costly. Sick of seeing the Health Industry (Hospitals/Pharmaceuticals/Insurers) making huge BANK on our health. 200 - 400% mark^ is outrages
