There is a major issue somewhere. First off leaving Hawaiians devestated for 38 minutes. Second, Japan has a “false alarm” 4 days later? Same circumstances? Something wrong, hacked, and needs to be figured out.
Hawaii’s false alarm puts a spotlight on intentional+unintentional war. There are many examples of the Soviet Union-U.S. being seconds away from nuclear war. The warning system must be fixed, but the larger issue that brought about the alarm is finding a path to denuclearization.
