Regime change war policy is the reason why North Korea sees nuclear weapons as their only deterrent from U.S.-led regime change. We need immediate and direct talks promoting de-escalation and peace.

What about all of the other countries that have nukes - including the US & Israel? Nobody is thumping on them. NK has to put up with provocative war games and foreign troops loitering on its border. No sane man who studies history relinquishes his protective devices.
