I urge my colleagues to vote for USA Rights Act, which reforms Sec702 by maintaining a critical counter-terrorism program, while protecting Americans civil liberties. Every one of us took an oath to uphold the US Constitution - today’s vote for USA Rights keeps that promise.

Although I’m Republican, when I hear Tulsi Gabbard’s name I listen. I don’t agree with many of her positions but I applaud her for her work on and support of the USA Rights Act. Saw her on Tucker Carlson’s show tonight, thank you Tulsi for protecting the citizens!
