How about the responsibility of the Puerto Rican citizens paying for their kids education in a private schools. So far govt. schools have HORRIBLY FAILED them. More govt. = More Failure!

Using public funds to support corruption is immoral. That's not a congressional failure, it's a Puerto Rican leadership failure. If it was my family, I would have left a long time ago.
