what about releasing and expunging everyone in those states with criminal records related to selling weed? should be done nationwide but should at least start with them

So long as the don't have weapons charges or theft. I agree. Most dealers have those extra charges though so it wouldn't be a big release. People with simple possession charges might be a bigger release.

I don't enjoy marijuana, but regardless of one's personal views, it's incredibly counter to society to have draconian laws and citizens locked away for a non-problem such as marijuana.
