Either a constitutional amendment saying money isn't speech, a ban on commercials, make free commercial time a condition of FCC licenses so politicians have no excuse to raise massive amounts of money.
Our broken campaign finance laws have allowed special interests to corrupt the legislative process, and the American people are paying the price. We must overturn Citizens United.

I disagree on term limits. We have pretty tight ones here in CA and the result is staffers and lobbyist know more about what's going on than our reps.
