. It is a non-issue created by politicians to scare people into granting them more control over the last medium that is largely unregulated. Has only existed since 2015. The Internet existed and flourished long before then

If the FCC does away with net neutrality, it will give new life to the movement for municipal internet. Anytime there is a natural monopoly, that monopoly should be tightly regulated or run by the government.

Bandwidth is a scarce resource much like any other. If a corporation like Netflix uses a huge percentage of that resource and is demanding faster/better service, there is a cost involved...just like any other good/service. A basic understanding of economics is all that’s required

Start charging....I have to pay Verizon $90/month for internet. They won't let me cut off my landline and give me a dry loop for internet. So I have to pay $45/month for a phone I don't use and $45/month for 3M down/1M up DSL/High Speed Internet...

More accurately, those giant corporations want to maximize profits - as required by law. When a consumers buys flat rate pricing ("unlimited" internet) then the best way to do that is to provide as little as possible. Metered plans maximize profits by providing more.
