The AEE in Puerto Rico never bothered to do maintenance of the power grid, and they tricked people like my dad to get solar panels from them while still charging a lot of money.

2045? They are taking their time. Im sure there are reasons for this (financial, ect) but that timeline doesnt seem too ambitious
