Didn't even work on Maui. Maybe Maui opted out to keep from scaring tourists. It would be one thing to run nuclear sirens if there was an evacuation plan or duck & cover was an option. But there isn't and it's not.

As I’ve said before, you have a lot of good ideas, but this one is naive pie-in-the-sky thinking. Everything the DPRK does is with a mind to manipulating others. They have no problem “negotiating” then crossing their fingers behind their back as they sign a treaty.
