There is absolutely no reason for heads of state to trust the United States to keep our word with regard to regime change. Nuclear deterrence is keeping them alive and they know it. We did this.

Tulsi's talking sense. What's needed is a Peace Treaty to end the nearly 70 year old Korean War. The 1953 Armistice was just that - an armistice, an agreement to stop shooting at each other - but it did not end the Korean War. Time to do that. Now!

Too late. Hillary Clinton's toppling, and effective murser, of Moammar Quaddiffi, after he got rid of his WMD's, effectively killed that option. Why would any world leader trust us and disarm now after what we did to Quaddiffi?
