Now that Wall Street banks have complete control over banking & most investment speculating via their computer synchronization with the stock market it may seem impossible to re-institute the Glass-Steagall Act. Their lobbyists would pour millions into Congressional decisions.

Don't say never or impossible. When there is a will, there is a way.

#FakeMoney damages our ability to believe in our currency and dilutes the#FakeMoney we get to play with, yes! -
I credit
@ResistanceChics for my ability to see and articulate this so clearly. We can't "escape slavery" & yes, printing out money is no different than stealing. I bring them up to demonstrate that this isn't a political issue; it an unsustainable realityhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JI_huNURqA … - 3 more replies

If we had campaign finance reform, politicians would vote in the interests of the people and issues like Glass Steagal, gun control, universal healthcare, and education would be addressed. Right now, it’s whack a mole.

The problem is the Fed, not the banks per se. In effect, there is only one big gigantic bank. No competition. The banks own the Fed, not our citizens. Fed looking out for them, not us.

While I agree with your conclusion, if you go to
@macrovoices.com and listen to the Eurodollar University 1-4 podcasts, you'll learn even more compelling reasons to break up the big banks. -
Thank you for helping spread the word Steve, we appreciate you lending us your ear and your continued support.

Enforce and strengthen the anti-trust laws we have. Far too many industries have effective monopolies. I agree with the sentiment expressed here.

Water is wet & racism is bad. Obama cabinet constructed by Citibank. Trump simply hands Treasury over to Goldman. We need to face facts that changing puppets won't kill the puppet master. We can't vote our way out of this literal declaration of war.pic.twitter.com/47lNUZtCHR
