The dream act needs to be tied to comprehensive immigration reform...no more open borders.
Immigration is a tremendous economic benefit for Hawai'i and our country as a whole. Passing the #DreamAct will help, but we have much more work left to do.

Tough to have a massive welfare state with massive immigration. Eliminate welfare and make it as easy as possible to come here, then you will see clearly the economic benefit.
