Individuals have a right to bear arms,nations have the same rights and more especially when they are not in the habit of invading other countries at the behest of arms dealers and money changers.
It is clear from prior military actions (Iraq, Libya, Syria) that Kim Jong Un is using nuclear weapons as a perceived deterrent to the longstanding U.S. policy of regime change. We must change this failed policy and engage North Korea diplomatically to resolve the nuclear crisis.

Exactly. We can't demand DPRK disarm as prerequisite to diplomacy when everyone knows history of US regime change wars. We must engage in talks now. DPRK elites would lose everything if they attacked US, their bluster shouldn't be taken as excuse for horrific war or attacks.
