Shouldn't need another law...they are vets, and deserve care...just make the VA do what they are supposed to...or chop some heads

Treat all veterans equally and appropriately within the laws that currently exist, that’s what Equality dictates. Designing biased laws to counter biases exercised by certain authorities only compounds the problem. Change those biased personnel who undermine equality.
