        How about demanding that government services be delivered by government workers not contractors of any kind? Besides being an engine of corruption and bad policy, contracting is used to break public worker unions.

        I wouldn't call sanctuary cities a special privledge. Private prisons no matter how you look at it are bad for an industrialized dempcratic society.
