What about North Korea's offer to give up their nuclear program in exchange for an end to US military exercises in and around their airspace? We need our politicians to talk about it and our lamestream media to cover it

True, but diplomacy isn’t going to solve it either. They have nuclear weapons, we need to strengthen our nuclear deterrence at this point and continue bolstering our MDS. Nuclear deterrence is the most stable and safe option at this point.

The entire world knows of the atrocities taking place inside NK. There will be no nuclear war because nobody will side with them

I totally disagree. Diplomacy would work if we were dealing with a sane person. The NoKo dictator is not sane. Like Hitler few decades ago they consider "diplomacy" as free pass to their sick ideology and programs.

Diplomacy has allowed this to become a crisis. The threat of military action is a detergent. They cannot be allowed to reach us

Solution for this problem is to accept NK as a nuclear power. Years of bad US foreign diplomacy take us all to this point when people of NK did a desperate measures for own safety and safety of their country.
