They get withheld from people who are in enough pain to need them for awhile, but they are so abused. I do not think it's a simple issue :(

Heart medicine can kill. Insulin can kill. Most drugs if taken in too high of doses or misused, not to mention doctor or pharmacist errors can kill. There is no opiate crisis it is a false flag for a bottom line agenda.
