We should start with a high school diploma actually meaning something. Higher education isn’t for everyone, but basic skills are.
Investing in #CollegeForAll is the right thing to do. Ability to pay shouldn't determine which students can & can't pursue higher education.

Part of the K-12 problem is the pressure of college-prep to earn scholarships to help pay for high cost of college. This could be a fix.
