Why precisely $15 though?
No one who works full time should live in poverty or struggle to get by. The minimum wage should be raised to a living wage of $15 an hour.

How are you going to get companies to hire everyone for $15 an hour AND not go out of business? Sounds good, but is not a sustainable plan.

Anyone working full time, making minimum wage in today's world should, graduate high school or GED, study some eve courses, and seek better.

Minimum wage needs to be based on a basket of goods that measure the cost of living.

Good idea to base min wage, but have bigger problem if many need min wage as primary household income.

The minimum wage should also be adjusted for inflation and cost of living. Rural towns have lower CoL than bigger cities like New York.
