Adoptive forfeiture allows state law enforcement to sidestep state laws & use federal law to seize ppl's property w/o conviction or charges
Burden of proving innocence is on the individual, not on law enforcement. Even if innocence proved, the property/cash is often not returned

It's sad that in the U.S.A. this is something that even needs to be debated. It should be intuitive that Civil Asset Forfeiture = Theft.
