It's utterly meaningless to preach this to the people in America when most of the pollution and environmental damage is taking place in China.

Ironically, Cody was italian. I miss that 70s commercial. It was just about not littering. Simple message that didn't require computer modeling and climatology

Thank you Tulsi for standing with us Native Americans. We discovered Columbus! Been sharing, posting, and everything about you. I’m Kewa from New Mexico, one of the 19 Pueblo peoples in New Mexico! Hope you come this way!

I’m indigenous (Pacific Islander) but I still call it Columbus Day. I’m proud of what his country has given me. Coming from a small Pacific Island to making what I have here were only dreams as a little kid. Long live Columbus Day!

The problem is laws like Citizens United. Corporations are people and they could care less about anything but profits, and many of us are complicit with for example, our retirement funds.
-
Which is why Tulsi wants to get rid of Citizens United.

I hope to see a strong solidarity amongst all indigenous tribes across all of North America to collectively tackle social injustice and economic injustice. Canada does MMIWG inquiries, but still many native communities suffer from lack of clean water and just decrepit housing.

Hawaiians probably knew this when they were independent. The minute they succumbed to the rule of US corporations and lost their sovereignty in the 19th Century, all was lost.

The structure of our society inhibits that. Getting power saving light bulbs, car pooling, and not littering is a start, but not the awnser. We need jobs closer to home, cheap electric cars and solar panels, and do you think energy companies will allow these things to be cheap?
-
Electric cars during manufacturing create more carbon emissions than they save in 100000 mi. Same with solar panels.
