Americans are sick of hearing from politicians that we can’t afford clean water, upgraded infrastructure, healthcare, education, etc. I’m running for president to end regime change wars/the new cold war/arms race and redirect our country’s resources to caring for our people.pic.twitter.com/lusCNPicz3

Colleges and Universities need to lower their costs for a degree... Not increase taxes to pay for free college for everyone... When Free money is involved, Colleges and Universities will keep raising their prices.

I believe the majority of countries that offer “free” college also have fairly stringent testing requirements to get in. If we did this as well, it would likely significantly reduce the number of students, thus hopefully forcing colleges to reduce prices.

Saying we can't afford it is saying that we are so weak as a society we can't give our own people basic security, dignity, inclusion and worth. A strong society takes basic care of its people.

In a strong society, people can consensually work it out together without politicians monopolizing the allocation of resources for self-serving, political and special interst purposes.

Stop "fixing" other countries and focus on ours. That's what I can get behind and frankly it'll probably be better for those other countries.

We never fixed any countries. Oppressed them, intimidated them, robbed them of their resources, undermined their governments? Yes. Fixed them? No.

Obama had $1 trillion in stimulus money. That could have payed for a lot of infrastructure improvements. Can you name one we got from it? Where did the money go? Why should any Democrat be trusted ever again?

It's a good point :) But to your question – Can't trust or distrust a person just on their party! Especially if there's only two parties effectively... Gotta evaluate Tulsi on her own merits #Tulsi2020https://youtu.be/5gy797D3cAY

Using some of that "saved" money on infrastructure (highways, bridges, etc) would be beneficial to Americans. BUT......putting most of it back in the pockets of the taxpayers would the MOST beneficial for the economy and ALL Americans!!!

That would increase aggregate demand, which would drive unemployment down and wages up. Giving it back to the American people I mean.
