On one side, most of DC acts as if Israel wears a halo and its govt. can do no wrong. On the other, a small faction always writes "Israel" as "IsraHELL", and can't stand ANYONE who doesn't openly hate Israel as much as they do. Tulsi, like millions of others, is in neither camp.
Thanks for speaking up. It should be noted that "Democrat" doesn't mean the same thing in PR as on the mainland. Party divisions are mostly about the island's status, i.e. pro-statehood, pro-independence or maintaining commonwealth status, and less about conservative or liberal.
No thanks. Let’s give Puerto Rico it’s freedom so they can fend for themselves.
This is the right thing to do, even if both parties are quite corrupt at least at the establishment level, and even if the best way forward for Puerto Rico is independence.
