Why is the whole primary system geared towards number of donors? Seems pretty corrupt to me

They raised it in hopes that people like Tulsi will fall off. With the amount of mainstream media they give her, all they have to do is crank up media attention to any other corporate candidate for their donations to grow.

Never donated to a political candidate before but honestly your stances on what I care about are great & your authenticity is much appreciated! I'm definitely going to donate a little bit to support your campaign as you're one of the only candidates I could comfortably vote for.

I think (don’t quote) you gotta raise the money to speak on the debate not only to show people are backing you & your views, but also to ensure no random bozo on the street can come into the debate. Yknow, it shows their serious and mean business
