The military budget does not constitute "socialism". I know some people think that any government spending is "socialism", but please don't pander to that ridiculous misconception.
Trump is for socialism when it comes to taxpayers underwriting military contractors and arms manufacturers. The same money would create more jobs used for rebuilding our country’s infrastructure and green economy, and it would be better for humanity.https://tulsi.click/4jerkg

Entering this late, but could you please elaborate? As a fellow vet I can assure you that many features of military life, from housing, healthcare, to veterans benefits most assuredly are "socialistic" in principle. My hunch is that it's militarism you wish to criticize.

That's the trouble with this framing "socialism for the rich and brutal survival for the poor...." It's not socialism, it's using power to extract wealth. Makes a good catchphrase I guess, but not good understanding

Ohio needs to take that money and build their roads fix their bridges find work for their people not build tanks. All we are doing is building weapons to kill innocent people across the globe. This should not be what this country's priority. It's for corporations not Americans.
