What? That's not at all what she said. She's saying the constant accusation that Trump is a "Putin Puppet" creates a perverse incentive for him to escalate Cold War tensions with Russia to prove he is not in fact controlled by the Kremlin.

I beleive the rep is right but unfortunately she is too sane and rational to be the leader of the current democratic party. If she wants the nomination she needs to just keep saying, "orange man bad"
