I heard from today's Elizabeth Warren speech and was quite disappointed. I hope Tulsi goes well tomorrow. Can't wait to support her in person there

Gabbard never fails a speech. Enjoy!

Norway tops the list as the country where journalists have the most freedom, followed by Sweden and the Netherlands. North Korea is at the bottom of the list, just below Eritrea and Turkmenistan
-
Norway is also one of the top countries in meddling other countries internal democracy using their Intelligency.

We have more information than ever before and the traditional press is dying, amen! Let the corporate propagandists compete with new media!

You can’t protect journalists if you aren’t protecting any controversial citizens’ privacy from the scum that is internet surveillance industry. Government & private surveillance is entrenched with obvious leeway for facist corporate actors run by wealthy & their shillers.

Makes no sense. Yes, you can.

A pillar of our democracy? A more realistic appraisal would be a pillar of the state. We are rarely told what our government does not want us to hear, and what we do hear is a surreal admixture of truth and idle speculation of indoctrinated talking heads.
-
What the press tells us is decided by what we, as consumers, want to see. The majority of CNN's viewers want to see liberal stories, and the majority of FOX News' viewers want to see conservative stories. If the government decided what we saw, it would be much less apparent.

I totally agree, but you could have left out the “especially journalists doing their job” part. No ‘especially’ at all, but equally.
