The future is clean! Amazing to see Kenya moving to 100% clean energy by next year. Where there’s a will, there is always a way. People power + planet power = a green economy.http://tulsi.to/2NIs8Gi

Ok ok, not bad for 50 million people. I wonder how they managed that. Hmm they only use ~170kwh per capita. Britan uses 5,129 France 6,939 Germany 7,035 USA 12,984 Canada 15,545. I'll support the growth of green energy and technology, but let's not assume we're there yet.

Thanks for your leadership Tulsi, for too long now the politics of oil have undermined democracy and the shared reality that the world needs to create an effective response to the devastating impacts of not only climate change, but the systematic failure of our governing bodies.

The fact remains that renewable energy makes sense, especially as Kenya works to build infrastructure, renewable is less expensive than even keeping a coal plant open, even when not dealing with the externalized costs. #GreenEnergy here would create a #GreenEconomypic.twitter.com/IWbYUNsDuJ

To be fair you really cant compare Kenya's industrial output to the USA 's. The amount here in the US is staggering and it will take a bit more time . BUT we should start somewhere

This country better do the New Green Deal. Or in a decade, my state will be 130 plus, in the summer. Florida had 10 days, of record heat . I would think about investing in a more northern territory.

This is why China as an example started their own. India has the pop of US with no running water or elect. As they develope they want modern life, which oil and coal provide, because Green is not cutting it. Corps expolit their oil and resources & we help fund their green.
