She has been very clear that her non-interventionist policy is based on a track record of the US intervening in foreign regimes, even for altruistic reasons, and leaving the people worse off than they were before. She clearly does care, but would rather pursue diplomacy than war.

I think it can still be argued that the quest for "justice, equality & freedom" is not over, it will take strong leadership and the enforcement of laws equally, regardless of position or power. Good luck Tulsi
