$750 Billion or more a year divided by 325 million people. Commit to cutting that 750B in half, and re-allocating the $ to a combination of tax cuts and public services - free college tuition, universal healthcare, new green deal... Your tax $ America, your choice.

Many are willing to spend billions to address a problem, but are unwilling to spend millions to prevent it in the first place. That isn't limited to just Republicans either, Kamala Harris also supports address the effects while not giving a rat's ass about prevention.

If Venezuela can do it, even with sanctions since 2002, certainly we can do it. Viva the Bolivarian Revolution! Resources to the people! Called democracy.

Why, with the plethora of programs already in place for people in this situation, still have anyone in need? At some point the person in poverty must rise up, pick themselves up, and fix their situation. It is on them to lift themselves up using these programs.
