I don't see any butterfly, bee, ant and very few birds. After rain, I don't see worms on the sidewalks and streets like I used to years ago. Time is running out and we're doomed if this economic system based on exploitation of natural resources and consumerism stays in place

Are you aware of underground/indoor vertical farming? Japans been doing it for decades. Requires zero pesticides, 0.01% of the water needed relative to traditional farms and you can farm all year round without using up land that could be used for housing.

I hydroponics and aquaponics grow for my own consumption, I grow all year round. The only thing I disagree with in your comment is the .01% water needed. Why greatly reduced it isn't that low and consumption increases and the surface area of the leaf increases.

The thing is, glyphosate is far less toxic than most alternatives, including most certified organic pesticides, and pesticide free agriculture can't feed the world's population.
