The reality is neither Russia or America ever followed their signed treaty. The reason Trump pulled out of the treaty, was so it could be renegotiated to include China this time, and the new types of weapons systems not covered under the old treaty.

As long as we spend the dollars we dedicate to our National Defense I spent wisely I have no problem with that but when a country such as ours out spends the combined military forces of all of our enemies that is nothing more than the promotion of of military defense contractors
