Exactly so Romany. The US political elite is scared of two things. 1. They decided after 9/11 they MUST have global control & that they won't feel safe unless they have that. 2. Countries like China & less so Russia are rising & making 1. less & less possible.

We don't need to step up "agreements." We need to dismantle all of the nuclear weapons we have. There can be no just reason to use a nuclear weapon period. And even IF there were, why do we need thousands? Just a couple could end sustainable life on Earth.
