You’re my rep. If the Democrats negotiate opening the government in exchange for any part of what Trump wants, what stops Trump from doing this same hostage taking approach again and again to get what he wants (or another President, if we as a Republic last that long)?
Our federal employees & their families have now gone a month without a paycheck. Instead of trying to get a win for themselves, our leaders need to be working to get a win for the people. End the shutdown now. #PeopleBeforeParty #ServiceAboveSelf

Amend the Constitution. So when ever a budget can't be passed. A snap election is triggered and everyone in Congress is removed from office and has to run again. While empowering the president to keep govt running and paid as already authorized.
