The threat is not real. No other country would use nukes against America, it would be suicide. The only global aggressor is the United States. Even "terrorism"which we've been "fighting" is funded and supported by the US.

The only sane strategy there is collaborate and compete... Not dominate. Problem is most of the US industry was offshored to China so the US screwed themselves because of short term greed.
