The actual root is the .01%ers, many of them bankers, who pull the politician strings. They also pull the strings of the military, media, Congress, the Courts, and so on. Trump's idea about draining the swamp was great - if only he did it. Will you do so? How quickly?
Just give it to him by removing it from the 'undeclared war' weapons budget and demanding US materials and labor be used. Create jobs building a wall, scale back illegal war funding. Win/win
To be fair- from the little person standpoint- they probably needed the housing. There is a housing shortage so the buyer benefited from this policy too.
