I’m no fan of Trump or republicans but democrats have also called Saudi Arabia our ally. Both parties are guilty of this.

So did Obama. So did Bush. So did Clinton. So did Bush, Sr. So did Reagan. This is an issue of US policy that needs to start in CONGRESS and show the Executive that we aren’t going to aid the Saudis in their wars anymore.

Yet I haven't heard of the USA offering her asylum. All our Presidents bow to KSA. Congress passed law to allow foreign countries [KSA] to contribute to the Syria Train and Equip Program to arm jihadists, giving foreign countries power of the purse over the CIA.
