They were already making $22 a hour. People are leaving Hawaii in droves because they can no longer afford to live here. How about introducing a bill to get rid of the Jone’s Act, something that would have beneficial effects on ALL the people in Hawaii.

But yeah, My Dad had a job. A Cabinet maker. It wasn't huge money, but it was enough for my mother to stay home & raise 3 kids. Most people I knew were the same.
