As long as I’ve lived in Chicago, this kind of thing never happened AFAIK. We must push to separate prosecutors, hence most judges, from police departments ie, first of all, physically out & away from the thick blue line that encircles them now.
Justice has been served. Most law enforcement officers sacrifice every day to serve & protect the people - my sister is one of them.
