I would assume they are going to cut non essential jobs that the production doesn’t match the wages and then introduce automation to take over for a number of other jobs. It’s what I would do anyways.

Or increase the price of prime by $1 a year to make up for costs. Just the reality of increasing wages.

You understand Amazon had already planned to raise prices on goods & Amazon Prime to do this, right? Nothing is free in life. Want to raise wages artificially? Expect more machines replacing people in low paying jobs leading to significantly higher unemployment.
