Online receipts to cross reference paper receipt of votes cast. Simple transparency.... Ballot boxes can simply disappear like gov laptops and blackberries....whistleblowers... Dont expext much Hawaii trying to gun grab through HIPPA violations.....

Umm, how about blockchain and open source with clear box (rather than black box) voting as a solution instead? Anyone with a social security number (and verified a citizen) can log in from any computer or mobile device and anyone can verify the authenticity of the vote.
