North Korea isn’t a nuclear threat and never has been; they aren’t suicidal. Their nukes have always been a deterrent, and most recently as a way to get the US to negotiate.

By that reasoning, we are still a grave nuclear threat to the world, right? After all, we still have our arsenal, and it is far larger than North Korea's. So, is the US a nuclear threat to the world? Why or why not?

Look at what happened to Libya and Iraq. Nukes are the only protection NK has against US agression.

I fear American weapons far more than anything north Korea has.
