I never fundraised last year. More likely it's so the campaign is seen as viable and so there will be more press coverage because of crazy high fundraising numbers...which is a horrible way to determine quality and job performance for a candidate.
Directing the money back into the state via #MaineRaising seems so much more press worthy.
